Toni Mattson - Co-Founder, Director of Programs and Ministries at Trinity Equestrian Center
Toni is currently serving as the Director of Programs and Ministries at the Trinity Equestian Center in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Toni has a rich history of working and speaking on a multitude of topics including Equine Assisted Ministry. As she speaks across the country and in Canada, her heart’s desire is to connect people and God. She reflects on how this relationship softens hearts, dissolves barriers and ultimately shapes futures. She shares how her personal faith walk is living proof of God’s mercy, guidance and desire for us to discover our unique knacks, claim our heritage and dream God-sized dreams.
As Toni relates the bumps in the road along her personal journey, she captivates and encourages audiences to discover what God is so eager for us to know; that His love for us is immeasurable, unfathomable and unquenchable. Allowing that truth to settle in our heart changes how we think, what we believe and who we are.
Toni’s favorite audience is women! As she speaks across the country and in Canada, she has been the keynote speaker for women’s banquets and teas, workshops and conferences. She is described as captivating, inspiring, refreshing and soulful. She will have you laughing, crying and reflecting as she encourages you to find and live your passion, realize your true heritage and live as a Matthew 9:29 woman.
Woven throughout the fabric of who she is, is her uncontainable passion for horses and her heart to partner with them to serve at-risk, underprivileged and special needs kids and families. She can’t close without sharing a few tender and remarkable stories of how God always shows up, touches, changes and renews lives.

Toni has also spoken at the Women's & Couples fishing retreats we do each summer.
