Who Can Use This Program?

This four hour, 2 DVD teaching series is designed to equip churches who wish to begin reaching out and building a relationship with unsaved outdoorsmen. The Trail To Adventure! teaching series can also enhance and increase opportunities for those who are already doing outdoor theme activity based ministry. For example, you'll learn over 25 ways just to use the theme fishing to minister to sportsmen and some of these can be done right in your church.

What Does Our Church Receive?

The 2 DVD teaching series includes a PDF file which gives the purchasing church the legal rights to print out one or more of the 180+ page manuals. The DVD's will walk your outdoor ministry team through many key points and ways to do outdoor activity based ministry. The results will be men, women, and children coming to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ, making Him their Lord and Savior!

What do we need to view and print the Manual/Study Guide?

To view the manual, you will need Adobe Acrobat reader version 4.0 or later. If you do not already have Adobe Acrobat, it is readily available on the internet for little or no cost. You can also take the files (on the second disk) to a reputable printer or copy center. We suggest you print all manuals on 3 hole punched paper for later binding in a three ring binder.

True Stories of Pro Sportsmen on the Trail to Adventure!

One of the reasons God’s Great Outdoors has produced so many printed tracts is the fact that 52% of those who come to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ, point to some printed literature as having played a part in their conversion experience.  Secondly my wife Cyndi and I both have tracts in our own personal testimonies!  However, there is no statistics we are aware of for how effect a DVD Tract will be in seeing men, women, and children come to a saving knowledge of Christ.  Thus you are invited to be part of an experiment in evangelism with this “NEW” Outdoor Activity Ministry Outreach Tool!

DVD USER TIPS

1. Give them away as a tract when you shop at a sporting goods store or stop to get gas and see a bow, gun or fishing rod in the rack behind the driver.

2. We know a hardware/sporting goods store in Northeast Ohio that will be running this DVD Tract on a TV during business hours to reach customers.

3. Place in the hands of those leaving your outdoor outreach events, one per family or at your church’s booth at sportsmen’s shows or county fair.  (Have each church member buy one or two, pray over them and that way they’ll have a direct part in the salvation of perhaps an entire family!)

4. The DVD Tracts are in a very attractive and mail-able cardboard jacket with space for an address and postage.  This will allow us to mail them to anyone you may wish, what we call a DVD-A-GRAM! Or we’ll mail them directly to you and then you can mail them out as God so guides you in your personal circle of influence.

5. Play on the ‘Group Stories” if you can’t get a guest speaker, or if your event is small or remote.  Pick from the seven options, Outdoor Team, Fishing Camp, Hunting Camp, Archery Camp, Men’s Camp, Women’s Camp, or Music Camp.  (You’ll want to time the running of the one you pick if other things are taking place that day so as to not be too long of a day!)

6. Play one of the “Individual True Stories” during church services each week, as kind of “Preview” or to “wet the whistles” for you’re upcoming events!

7. Hit the “Play All” and watch the DVD till the end of Matt & Sherry McPherson’s Music Video.  That is one hour and fifteen minutes long.  From Jimmy Sites to the end of the DVD Tract is one hour and twenty five minutes.
